sympathy card

This was done for class.  Unfortunately the inside picture is a bit blurry.  Really have to get it together here with the camera.

This card was assembled by putting the top note through the embossing machine , ribboned, then ovals cut, layered and the white one stamped with the beautiful script sentiment.
The ends protruding on the sides of the top note were removed and the ribbon put around it.  Adhered that to the card, popped the ovals, and the front was done.  Inside is a plain top note with the bird from the same set stamped on it.

Christmas Card for AHSC 27

This is a week for team A, but some of us are posting every week if not busy enough otherwise to not have the time.  So enjoy. !!

This card is done sideways to the design (below) and left the bow off as did a stamp
This is one of the singles from SU called "Magical Season"
Stock is Cherry Cobbler and white. Design paper was from a friend, so no idea what package in. and ribbons were from stash.  Have lots of those to use up.   Black ink was Momento.

This stock is so pretty in real,  the colour is a burgundy red like a cherry, but this did not photo well,  Maybe next time.

Here is the sketch for this

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping in.

a cute one for you

Don't you just love her.  She is so sweet, had to get it to colour.  !!

For some reason does not come up as bright as it really is.   Guess somebody who shall remain nameless goofed on the editing.   Sorry all.

Whoo hoo.  was trying to do knitting and crocheting for a specific reason, and it made it so that when trying to colour, the hand just would not go there.   Back at it again, and no more knitting and crocheting for me.  Colouring is much more fun.

This wee baby is from Bugaboo, and is a stamp that stampalicious was putting out when they were in business doing Jody's digis into some stampsl

She is done on
White - SU
Turquoise - Bazzill
Designer Paper - Momenta
Spectrum  Noir markers

Enjoy

Atlantic Hearts Challenge 26

Hi.
This is the card that was chosen to do for this challenge.
Colours used are Daffodil Yellow and white stock
Simply Sketched Stamp Set.
Memento Rich cocoa Ink.
Half pearls from stash

Kind of deviated a bit, but this is what came to mind after having piles of die cuts on the table trying to find the look wanted.  :)

Below is the sketch.
  Thanks for stopping by

Check out the entries and Design Team work here

another tulip card

This is kind of a copy cat of the burgundy one that was inset.  Had a class and no idea what these people had done if anything, so everything was cut out, ready to assemble, and this was one of the cards.

Inside:

My computer is doing weird and unwonderful things, and would not load this, so had to paste.    Yes have virus junk on here, and do use it, so no idea, but not impressed.

Card in indigo  and very vanilla with dies from Marianne dies, spellbinders and SU tulip embossing folder.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge 25

This is the week for Team A, but put one in anyways.  Usually do, but am not too happy with this one.  It does not photograph well, and the ink did not match the stock completely, whether because on the shiney stock instead of just white, not sure.

The stock is Gina K Night of Navy
White is the Centura Pearl from Crafter's Companion,
The butterflies are Amuse dies, covered with glitter, but they did not photograph well at all.
The sentiment is also from Amuse set called Graceful greetings and the ink is Memento Paris Dusk.

Not a favourite, but that happens once in a while.   :)
Have a good one all.

just a note.

Not too sure if it is my machine or blogger, but tried to put a new text message up after trying to change the old one, and it would not let me do either.  Ran into this a few days ago as well.  ??    So posting here, and will attempt to do it again another time.

At this time, I am no longer with  Close To My Heart, and have just informed the creator of this beautiful blog of such, so she can remove that.  If trying, would not want to see the end result to her great work.

This blog was created for me after trying to find something for a long time by Angela of Angela D Designs.  Please click on her button on the right side bar if you wish a blog done, even if not with CTMH.  She does beautiful work, twigs in on exactly what you wish to have as the end result.
Thankyou  again Angela for this one.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge 24

Another Square card
This one is Gina K Wild Lilac and Bubblegum stocks
Paper is from First Edition, and all shimmery, but does not show well here.
Dies. Cheery Lynn
Butterflies: from stash.  They are shimmery clear with gold, and look much better in real :)

Here is the sketch for you.   It had flowers but since the paper has butterflies on it, actually left the flowers off a card.

Birthday card but front blank so it can be an all occasion one.

Well the Inside pictured loaded first.   Did two different ones.   One embossed and one not.

This is the front of the card.
Used Gina K red and ivory with spellbinders Floral Ovals, regular ovals and the cuttlebug "scrollwork" embossing folder.
Tulips are a Marianne die.

Hope you like it, and have a good one.
